This passion led her to pursue a law degree and ultimately dedicating her career to fighting unjust and unethical companies.
Early in her career as an attorney, Jennifer honed her legal skills at a small law firm known for its impressive track record of nurturing future judges. Working alongside esteemed future judges proved to be an invaluable learning experience in addition to working on major cases such as national class action suits under the Americans with Disabilities Act where the firm represented 54 million people who sought equal access to the largest hospital chains and medical centers in the United States. Surrounded by such knowledgeable and aspirational attorneys, Jennifer’s legal foundation was significantly strengthened, preparing her for the challenges and complexities she now tackles with dedication and expertise.
Jennifer has a strong background in legal publications and paralegal education. She has authored seminar materials on various legal topics, including family law, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and litigation, for both paralegals and the Florida Bar. Additionally, Jennifer has edited a two-volume paralegal reference book to ensure legal accuracy.
Jennifer’s experience extends to teaching paralegal studies in multiple locations, including New York and Florida. She also consulted for universities including Rice, University of Las Vegas, and Duke, providing guidance on curriculum development for paralegal programs. Furthermore, Jennifer created curriculum for the University of Miami’s Paralegal Program, specifically criminal and civil Florida legal procedure classes, and served as a core program instructor at University of Miami’s various campuses across Miami-Dade County.

This family wasn’t asking for much and they certainly weren’t being unreasonable in their request. However, the giant insurance company tried everything they could to deny them a measly $22,000 for the mess in their home.
“The insurance company dug in their heels, refusing to budge on the $22,000 owed to this family. This left us with no choice but to file a lawsuit and take the insurance company to trial.
