Erik Walker
Biography
Erik Walker is a 30-year lawyer who has handled first-party insurance claims since the 1990s. He has tried many cases, including some that led to multi-million-dollar verdicts for his clients. Erik has also handled dozens of appeals, including appeals to the U.S. Supreme Court, Texas Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 5th, 8th, and 11th Circuits and Texas intermediate courts of appeals in Houston (1st and 14th Districts), Austin, San Antonio, Amarillo, and Beaumont.

Erik has served on the Plaintiff Steering Committees of various federal multidistrict litigation proceedings, including serving as lead counsel of the PSC in In re Prempro Prods. Liab., Litig. MDL No. 1507, involving approximately 9,000 breast cancer victims of hormone replacement therapy medications.
